Slippery stairs, but who needs balance when you can blame the marble? The only thing missing was a fly circus, some hairy towels, and pools fit for a hiccup.

From the minute we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and thoughtful touches. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a large TV. The view from the balcony was absolutely jaw-dropping and the location couldn't be beat - just a 1-minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also loved having access to both a regular and heated pool. The owner was incredibly friendly and always available to answer our questions. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time!

Modern, clean, and spacious apartments with a fantastic view from the balcony. Close proximity to Zadar airport, only a 15-minute drive away. The welcome package provided by the owner, including milk, coffee, water, and biscuits. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxation. A short 20-minute walk to a fantastic restaurant at Bibinje marina with breathtaking sunsets.

The apartments at Sun Resort Nikolina are amazing! They have everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning in every room. Plus, the balcony with a beautiful sea view is a huge bonus. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Personally, I didn't love the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.
